Consistent with the requests of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the company is also aware of having to respond and satisfy not only the needs and expectations of the Customer but also to all other relevant interested parties: end users of the products, employees , partners, suppliers, communities, regulatory bodies, financing bodies, owners and shareholders.

To improve the degree of competitiveness, increase market shares and the degree of satisfaction of the customer and interested parties, attention to the product is no longer enough, but it is becoming increasingly important to compare oneself in terms of quality, efficiency and reliability. , image, attention to social, ethical, safety and environmental aspects.

To refine the ability to respond to market demands understood as a "culture of customer and stakeholder satisfaction", Quality will not be sought only in the production process, but pursued in all previous and subsequent processes and at all levels of the organization , starting from the knowledge of the needs of the Customers and from perceiving their expectations in time, thus realizing the conditions for their full satisfaction, from operating in full compliance with the contractual conditions as well as the legislation and legislation in force, from maintaining cost levels that , without compromise and effectively, from pursuing a profitability such as to guarantee compliance with the requirements and customer satisfaction, from continuously seeking solutions, processes, suppliers, operating methods that allow us to be technologically and organizationally advanced in all company activities affecting quality, prevent nd the arising of non-conformities and giving opportunities and incentives to every employee and collaborator, through training, motivation, involvement and updates in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Therefore an effective and efficient Quality Management System is therefore of fundamental importance for the achievement of our objectives and therefore needs to be implemented and supported through total commitment and attention, in particular by creating an environment that fully involves staff at all levels, in the choices and achievement of corporate objectives, improving internal communication at all levels, focusing attention on detecting the effectiveness of the processes and the satisfaction of the people involved in them.

It is essential and necessary to agree that continuous improvement must be pursued in all business processes, also determining the risks and opportunities as well as the indicators suitable for their management.

For all the reasons explained, PAGIN Srl has decided to operate in the UNI EN ISO 9001 environment and to continue to maintain the certification of its Quality Management System.

In order to comply with the legislative and regulatory requirements of its sector, as well as to have additional strategic market tools, the company has obtained UNI EN 3834-3 system certification and UNI EN 1090-1 product certification.

For the purposes of compliance with environmental regulations, the company also sets itself the goal of operating in full compliance with the Presidential Decree n. 146 of November 16, 2018, which implements Regulation (EU) 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, as well as EU Regulation no. 2015/2067 and all European and national legislation regarding fixed air conditioning systems and heat pumps that use fluorinated gases.
